Personal promo cards

During my final semester at Boise State, I was part of a senior portfolio show showcasing the work of graduating Graphic Design students.

I wanted to share the personal promotion piece that designed for the show. It is a super functional little guy comprised of three double-sided cards and riveted together in the corner (they swivel out like the pages of a color swatch book). Since each student in the show created a promotional giveaway, I knew my piece could be easliy overlooked, discarded or forgotten. My aim was that design professionals would want to keep my promo item; for it to contribute some value to them.

So not only does it present information about me, including samples of my work, it also contains information of interest to any designer: Adobe software keyboard shortcuts, a pica ruler, and a "screen-to-print translator" (see 3rd image below). Throw in some insightful quotes, a name-pronunciation guide and my logo, and ta-dah!
